You can access your File Manager directly through your client interface without accessing through your cPanel account!
Step-1:
Login to your Hosting Walay client portal and click on the services option as displayed by the Red Box below.
Step-2:
After that you will observe your hosting services you have own and which is currently active in your account. Click on the WHITE PORTION of any of your services as shown in the image with the red box.
Step-3:
You will observe the Product Details corresponding to the services you have clicked earlier. Scroll down the page.
Step-4:
After scrolling down the page you will observe the Quick Shortcuts menu. Click on the option of File Manager as denoted by the Red Box in the image.
Step-5:
Now you are directly signed in to your File Manager portal!
