Greylisting (Linux) Print

When the greylisting support components are installed on the server, greylisting protection is automatically switched on for all domains. Therefore, no additional actions are required. If you do not want to use greylisting protection, you can switch it off.

To switch off greylisting protection for all domains:

  1. Go to Tools & SettingsSpam Filter (in the Mail group).
  2. Clear the Switch on server-wide greylisting spam protection
  3. Click OK.

To switch on greylisting protection for all domains:

  1. Go to Tools & SettingsSpam Filter (in the Mail group).
  2. Select the Switch on server-wide greylisting spam protection
  3. Click OK.

To switch off greylisting protection for all domains in a subscription:

  1. Go to Customer PanelMail section > Mail Settings.
  2. Clear the Switch on greylisting spam protection for all mail accounts under this domain
  3. Click OK.

To switch on greylisting protection for all domains in a subscription:

  1. Go to Customer PanelMail section > Mail Settings.
  2. Select the Switch on greylisting spam protection for all mail accounts under this domain
  3. Click OK.
